This Privacy Policy describes how Lifecycle Lab ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Kevin Castaneda, collects, uses, and protects information from people who enroll in or access resources through courses.kevin-castaneda.com. By enrolling in any product or resource offered through Lifecycle Lab, you agree to the terms of this policy.

What we collect When you enroll in a course, download a resource, or join our email list, we may collect your name and email address, payment information (processed securely through Teachable — we do not store card details), information you voluntarily provide when contacting us, and basic usage data such as which pages or lessons you visit. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How we use your information We use what we collect to deliver courses and resources you purchased, send enrollment confirmations and lesson updates, send the Lifecycle Lab newsletter if you opted in (unsubscribe anytime), improve our products, and respond to support requests.

Email communications If you download a free resource or enroll in a product, you may be added to our email list. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We use Kit (ConvertKit) to manage our list.

Third-party tools Lifecycle Lab is hosted on Teachable. We also use Kit for email, Stripe for payments, and Google Analytics for site data. Each has its own privacy policy.

Your rights You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing kevin@kevin-castaneda.com. EU and California residents may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA.

Changes to this policy We may update this policy periodically. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
